Real Estate Development Application Submission Procedure

Have you ever fantasised about building your own house? Or how about investing in a commercial property? Well, you are in luck, because this article will cover the steps involved in making both of those dreams come true! Ever wonder what goes into a real estate development application submission? It is a lot! In fact, there are four key components:

The first is the sales pitch. This section should clearly explain what you are planning to build, where, and why. Be sure to fill it with buzzwords like "green building," "sustainability," and "high-end." It should also include some photos of the area that you plan to build in. This can be especially helpful if you are planning on building in an area that doesn't have much coverage.

The second part of development application submission is the description of your project. This should be broken down into three parts: site plans, conceptual architectural plans, and detailed architectural plans.

Using pictures and words, explain each part of the project, from where people will park to where they will find their mailboxes. Mention important things like height restrictions and setbacks from neighbouring properties.

Next is the amenities section, which is basically a list of all the awesome stuff you're going to put into your project! Start with common features like swimming pools and concierge service, and then get more unique as you go along (like an indoor dog park).

Lastly is the appendix. Here is where you can include copies of all your permits and NOC from respective persons or authorities. Once your development application submission takes place, the council will review your application and accordingly give you the approval.
